Generate a charming fox in a red scarf, ask for the fox again on the next page, and receive a different fox, wrong scarf, suspicious eyes. For anyone trying to tell an actual story, a children's book, an explainer series, a comic, this is not a quirk. It is the whole problem. Sachin Kamath decided it was his problem.

His route here reads like three careers stapled together. Aerospace engineering at TU Munich, the discipline where 'close enough' gets people killed. Then years climbing to senior tech leadership at P&G, shipping at planetary scale. Then the jump: out of the corporate machine and into Neolemon, an AI cartoon storytelling app he runs from Faro, Portugal, which we note is an excellent place to think about color.

Solving the goldfish problem

Neolemon's pitch is character consistency: make a character once and it stays that character across twenty-plus scenes, new poses, new expressions, new outfits. Same fox, same scarf, same soul. It sounds like a small feature until you try telling a story without it, at which point it reveals itself as the entire ballgame.

The phrase Sachin uses is 'Pixar in your pocket,' which is the good kind of audacious. The target is not studios.
